It’s been the coldest winter I’ve had in a while, with temperatures far below what they should be. I blame Yuyuko.

I find it weird that the plot of PCB can be viewed as so deep and so childish at the same time. I mean, Yuyuko is the princess of the dead who is trying to steal all of spring from Gensokyo, leaving them in eternal winter. She does this to revive the dangerous Youkai tree in the Netherworld, thant would, once revived, possibly destroy everything in sight.
…But her motive is still pretty much: “Ooooooh, what does THIS button do!?”

In the wake of last week’s disaster, Sippotan, the person who normally does the WVR, is alright, but taking a break. So Iori took the reins this week, with Sippotan’s approval.
I was snickering through most of it, but I finally completely lost it at the drum solo.
This came out a year ago, and I just found it now. Maybe I should visit the SPUF more… Perhaps they’re not all gibbering monkeys over there. (You know who you are.)
You know, I am ashamed to say that I have never played a single Quake game. Not even once. One of the great foundations that first person shooters stand on today, and I haven’t played it.
Well, I spent last year playing some games that I’ve missed. Maybe I’ll get Quake this year…
