This song was number one this week. Mozaik Role had a resurgence, and it went up to number two. So Gumi held both of the top two places. It appears the world is finally coming around to realize the truth. Gumi > Miku.

Incidentally, third place was held by… Haku? That was a surprise.

In other news, Mozaik Role passed a million views. In only a month. A little less than a month, actually.

Needless to say, I’m a happy camper.

Gumi’s older brother Gakupo had the spotlight this week. I didn’t particularly like the song, though… Oh well, that’s just me. His birthday was also on the 31st. I forgot. T_T

In other news, Magnet and Just Be Friends have been taken off of Nico Nico until further notice. (Set to private–not deleted outright) From what I gather, the PV artist has been accused of using stock photos when she was drawing the art, and didn’t pay for the photos. I guess? I don’t know enough details to be able to have any opinion on this. I’ll wait until things settle down a little.

*ahem* It’s rather fitting, really. This song was written by DECO*27, who was denied the #1 spot with Coward Mont Blanc. Even better, the PV is by akka, who also did the CMB PV. (Oh yeah, CMB jumped up 11 places from last week. Goodness all around!)

This song had 25,000 views when I first saw it on the day of its release. I knew this was going to be a hit, definitely top 5 material, possibly even top 3. But it ended up with 1.2 million points. That not only made it this week’s #1 song, but the second-biggest song of all time, just 300k points behind World’s End Dancehall.

It took a while, but I knew you could do it, GUMI.

And I think the trolls are finally gone this week. There are a couple old songs this week, but I think there are logical reasons for them being there. The Black Rock Shooter anime, the new Project DIVA, etc.
